Classic little neighborhood diner that specializes in old school breakfast plates. It’s not fancy and that’s perfect as the food is tasty and affordably priced w generous portions. Service is quick and and u get to seat yourself if there is an open table. They can be very busy in the mornings but it never takes all that long to grab a seat.

Great food and service. Ordered the Wings and Waffles and the Pork chops and Waffles and a side of scrambled eggs. The wait time to be seated or for the food was not long at all.

I love Frank's Grill, particularly this one on Mangum Road. Everyone here is coming from work. I love the atmosphere. Friendly service and huge waffle with thick bacon strips. Yummy. I was chatting with the owner. She said 6 restaurants are all in the family. I only been to Highway 6 one, but never ventured to other places. No worry, I'll be back for more down home cooking, maybe with a friend or two.

Best service I've ever had

Food was hot and fresh. Great place if u just want something to put in your stomach however it is tasteless, bland, and nothing special. i had the Jumbo fried chicken and eggs. grits biscuits I ordered an extra side of hashbrowns. chicken BLAND, GRITS TASTED LIKE WATER, BISCUITS WERE HARD

I've never eaten here before and the food is better than ihop and Dennys combined. The French toast with pecans is so yummy. Thanks for your awesome food.

We come here often and have for years. We always sit in same table if we can bc of the waitress named Lupita. She is awesome. Today she brought our drinks without being asked what we wanted bc she already knew. She is awesome about checking on us and refilling our drink without us asking. Good food .. reasonable prices and excellent staff. I highly recommend this hidden gem.

Honestly the worst breakfast I’ve ever had. Ordered through DoorDash for delivery and ended up throwing the entire order away.The grits were completely flavorless, the scrambled eggs in both orders were unseasoned and ice cold, the chicken fried steak was unseasoned and barely warm, the waffle was cold and rubbery, hash browns were complete mush, chocolate chip pancake had weird dry spots in the batter, the french toast looked and tasted like wet toast. To top off the order, they provided “syrup” (all corn syrup and sugar) and “butter” (whipped vegetable oil).The only even slightly edible part of the meal was the biscuits and gravy, but the biscuits were cold and from one meal and the gravy from a separate meal so not even what was ordered.I would highly recommend steering clear of this place.

A diner. With comfort food. Country breakfast and lunch. Open daily 06:00-15:00 serving country comfort food. The vegan.option is coffee service fast and friendly. The food cheap, the diner clean ample parking.

Tried today via uber eats ...bun on burger very old...bottom bun was nearly non existent...fries ok .....never been to place probably will not come in person

I had the 2 egg breakfast, which was overpriced for a multitude of hashbrowns, eggs, bacon that was too crisp, and dry biscuits.

Beyond awful. The hash browns were mush and cold. The eggs were tasteless and overdone. Grits had no seasoning at all. The waffle had as much appeal as an old tire. The biscuits were really the only thing edible, if it wasn’t for the fact they were cold.Don’t forget to wash it all down with “Syrup”. Which technically is a syrup, but is some awful abomination crafted in a warehouse to resemble actual syrup.Overall everything ordered was terrible. Would not recommend anyone eat this “food”.

"best breakfast in texas" was what I read on the shirts of most employees and I thought to myself what a bold statement. But they sure lived up to it. Best breakfast I've ever had and one of the quickest breakfasts I have ever had. Barely had enough time to finish my coffee before my food was in front of me. The prices are amazing, and the employees are wonderful. Only down side is if you want a table you will most likely wait, but trust me it is worth it.

Great local place with delicious, generous breakfast. I had eggs, grits, bacon and toast. My son had the cowboy omelette. It was stuffed to the brim. Highly recommend!!!

The turkey taco had a hair in it, was flavorless, AND they forgot to add mushrooms even though I paid for them. I gave 2 stars because the waffle was decent but how can you go wrong with a waffle?

It's a nice place have breakfast with friends and family. The food was delicious and service was excellent. The dining area was small and sometimes there's a wait for a table, but it's well worth it.

Solid breakfast joint with huge tacos. Good waffle too. I wish the potatoes had some more flavor though and maybe some different syrup. Ill be back though.

Man this Franks location is beyond horrible! My second visit to this location and its pathetic will never return. My hashbrowns wasn't even hashbrowns, and they were super bland, and so plain. Money wasted. The best location is the one on Clinton Dr. This one didn't and don't deserve my one star!!!

Eat there all the time and have never been disappointed. I ordered half plate hash brown with grits and spinach omelets with bacon. The portions are large and great.

Fast service, great attitude, great location. Just a little too packed, but that's what you get when you got great food!!
